	New data in v11.2.1 Mosquito release 11.2.1 is mostly a schema update, made to accompany the Human, Rat and C.elegans releases.    SNPs The SNP database has been updated to dbSNP 110 data.    ESTs A new set of cDNAs recently produced and sequenced by Genoscope and the Institute Pasteur has been added to the current EST set. These cDNAs have been specifically used to predict an alternative set of genes. [more...]    TransView cDNA display TransView can now show cDNA sequence marked up with codons, translations, and SNPs. A dropdown allows you to select how you wish to view the sequence.
